Coal, Frankincense and Myrrh

The exhibition Coal, Frankincense & Myrrh: Yemen and British Yemenis looks at the historical and current links between Britain and Yemen. It focuses on the reasons for migration and how this has impacted on peoples lives.

The story is told through beautiful photographs by Tim Smith, fascinating objects borrowed from the local Sheffield-Yemeni community and the British Museum, oral history interviews, and written text.
