Top Rank (now Roxy Disco), Arundel Gate

As a youth I saw some great bands at the Top Rank. Siouxsie & the Banshees, Stiff Little Fingers, the Stranglers, The Clash. I don’t recall ever paying more than £3 a ticket which seemed a lot then. We used to leave dripping in sweat and beer having leapt around like crazy for 2 hours. Happy days.
