Facilities
 

 
 

Our team of experienced staff will help arrange the facilities that you need to ensure your event runs smoothly.

In addition to first class catering and flexible room arrangements we can co-ordinate all your audio visual requirements and presentation equipment including PA, lighting and staging.

Over the years we have worked with a number of high quality local suppliers who we recommend, from florists to event specialists who are familiar with our sites and offer reliable professional service.
 
Catering
We offer a selection of appetising menus for events ranging from receptions to banqueting dinners, all competitively priced with taste guaranteed.

Millennium Gallery & Winter Garden
 
 

 
 
An unrivalled venue with a difference conveniently located in the thriving heart of Sheffield city centre.

The Millennium Gallery and Winter Garden have won awards for their elegant, contemporary architecture and continue to impress visitors with an unusual combination of breathtaking art and exotic plants from around the world. The Millennium Gallery displays stunning collections of Metalwork, Decorative Art, irresistible contemporary craft and design as well as a vibrant programme of prestigious exhibitions from partners including the V&A and Tate.

Within the elegant Millennium Gallery there is a superb space for entertaining - the Long Gallery, which is available to host events day and night. In addition we are able to offer exclusive hire of other spaces and the Winter Garden in the evenings which can accommodate larger events and celebrations for up to 900 guests.
 
 

 
 
Graves Gallery
 

  A welcome oasis and treasure house located on the top floor of the central library next to the MIllennium Gallery.

The Graves Gallery exhibits the best of the city's 20th century European art, including works by Picasso, Cezanne and Gwen John alongside a first class programme of changing exhibitions.

Gallery spaces offer an ideal venue for an evening soiree or special event with a capacity of up to 250 guests.
